Make Me an Interactive Chart on Mac

Hi,

I'm looking for someone to create an interactive chart for me.

Please see the type of chart I am looking for in the attachments.

I'd need to be able to input values in order to adjust the chart and to track the progress.

On one end, it needs to have a certain monetary value. On the other end, it should have another value.

It should have a spot where I can enter monetary values each month and it provides another graph line for this.

This should be using a software I can get for free on the Mac.
