Interactive Gantt Chart for Senior Design

Please make a very similar Gantt chart to the one attached. It should be so that when I change the date, the highlighted dates for the start and end dates also change. I want an interactive version of the attached Gantt chart. When I change the start and end date, it should automatically highlight the dates for me. If you can communicate with me about making this Gantt chart, it will be great so I can tell you what to put on it.
