I have a collection of records that combines free-text fields with numerical figures, and I want everything organised, validated, and summarised in Microsoft Excel. Your job is to take the raw files I provide, enter them accurately, clean any inconsistencies, then build the formulas, pivot tables, and charts that will let me spot trends at a glance.

To keep things clear, here’s what I need from you:

• A master Excel workbook with all text and numbers correctly entered and cross-checked
• Data-cleaning steps documented inside the file (helper sheets or comments are fine)
• At least one pivot table and one visual chart that highlight key insights I specify once you see the data
• A short hand-off note so I can update the workbook myself later

When you bid, attach a detailed project proposal outlining how you will tackle data entry, validation, and analysis inside Excel, plus an estimated timeline.
