Custom Cash Flow Waterfall Chart

I need an Excel waterfall chart using stacked bars for financial analysis, specifically to visualize cash flow. I need someone who is skilled at stacked waterfall charts.

I need a dynamic chart in Excel that uses stacked bar columns to create a waterfall-style view. It’s important that the chart can handle bars flipping signs (from positive to negative or vice versa) without breaking the logic or layout. The dotted connector lines between the bars should also update automatically as part of the chart.

As shown in the attached image, this isn’t a standard Excel waterfall chart—it needs to be built using stacked bars because:
- The start and end balances do not tie directly.
- Each bar must be able to change sign dynamically.
- The visual flow (with dotted connectors) should remain intact.

I have an initial Excel template that attempts this, but it breaks when switching signs. It might be helpful as a starting point.
