Build a charts dashboard with advanced filter options

We have a dynamic dataset of answers from questionnaires. We would like our end users to better analyse that data. We have 5 different question formats (boolean, text, nps grade, stacked grade, multiple choice).
The interface must have filters based on time and available results like project or grade < 7.
The project must be developed on one of our remote development servers that replicates the target deployment server. We have datasets available for development and testing. We want the interface from mobile devices to desktops.
