Accurate Sales Data Entry & Reports - 24/09/2025 11:57 EDT

Over the next two weeks I will be delivering batches of raw sales figures that must end up in an error-free, well-structured Excel workbook. Every number needs to be manually re-typed or copied with 100 % accuracy, then cleaned and formatted so the dataset is consistent and ready for analysis.

A brand-new template is required—nothing from my side exists yet. The workbook has to include automated formulas that instantly summarise overall sales totals; beyond that, it should remain flexible enough for future metrics I may add. Think clear column headings, drop-down validation where it helps, and formulas that won’t break when new rows are appended.

Once the data is in place, I will also need a concise, executive-style report generated directly from the spreadsheet. The report should be visually tidy and easy for non-technical stakeholders to read, preferably using standard Excel features such as PivotTables, charts, or dashboard elements rather than external add-ins.

Deliverables (for acceptance):
• Cleaned and validated sales data worksheet
• Custom Excel template with built-in total-summarising formulas
• One printable and digital report layout drawing its figures from the live data

Please factor in careful proofreading of all entries; even a single digit out of place means the totals will be off.
