Private Ltd DSC Document Signing
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I have a new Private Limited Company that needs to be formally incorporated, and every core filing must carry a legally valid Digital Signature Certificate. Specifically, I need a Chartered Accountant who can take care of the following documents end-to-end with DSC execution and the subsequent MCA upload:
• Incorporation documents (MoA, AoA, SPICe forms)
• Directors’ consent forms (DIR-2, INC-9, etc.)
• Shareholders’ agreements and any related equity allotment paperwork
• MCA registration document signing and submission confirmation
You will handle the preparation (if tweaks are required), apply or map my existing Class-3 DSCs, and complete the online filing so that the MCA portal shows each form successfully approved. I will provide all base details—company name approval, DINs, and identity proofs—immediately after we start.
Deliverables will be considered complete when the MCA dashboard reflects “Approved” status for every listed form and I receive the digitally signed copies for my records.
