Interactive 3D Chart Webservice Creation
Budget: $8 – $15 CAD
I need an experienced Three.js programmer with a strong UI design background to assist in building an interactive 3D chart webservice.
I have already started it, but I'm not an expert, please review for reference: https://kwlq9y.csb.app/
Key Requirements:
- The chart needs to be clickable and have hover and animation effects to ensure a rich and engaging user experience.
- Users should be able to interact with the chart by dragging, zooming, and rotating it. Additionally, the ability to double click to dig into data, and to add/remove/edit data with context menus is essential.
- We'll need modal windows to pop up for some functions.
Data Display:
- We'll start with random and hardcoded data.
- Eventually, the chart must be capable of loading JSON structures using API calls that are being programmed by another team. This data will populate axes labels and values for each 3D intersection which can be displayed with a colored cube.
- Labels should always face the camera while being anchored to the axes like this example: https://threejs.org/examples/css2d_label.html
- Data may be numerical, categorical, or time series.
- We'll need to filter the data via sliders and checkboxes.
- Selecting a label on 1/2/3 axes should produce a modal with a chart of 2D data of that selection.
Ideal Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of Three.js for creating 3D visualizations
- Proven experience in UI/UX design, particularly in creating highly interactive interfaces
- Strong understanding of data visualization principles
- Familiarity with creating webservice platforms
If you have the necessary expertise to undertake this project, I would love to discuss it further. Please share relevant samples of your work that demonstrate your skills in these areas.
