Healthcare Dashboard Revamp & Modules

I have a production dashboard already in place for a healthcare-services client, but we lost the original developers and several pieces are still rough or missing. I need someone who can step in quickly, polish what exists, and finish the unfinished tiles plus their drill-down pages. The dashboard was built in Laravel and PHP, and hosted on AWS.

First, the overall look needs tightening: fresh CSS touches, cleaner chart layouts, and some new graphics so every screen feels consistent, modern, and on-brand.

Tile #1 – Policy Management
Clinics must be able to open a policy right in the browser, edit it, and submit it for review. My client then reviews, adds a comment, and approves or denies. An automatic email should confirm every action to both parties.

Tile #2 – Rural Health Clinic Certification
This module walks a clinic through each certification step, shows current progress, and fires automated reminders when tasks are due. The deep-dive page should also let the clinic generate a summary report at any point.

Tile #3 Emergency Preparedness

• Updated global CSS and refreshed chart layouts
• Added graphics/icons supplied as SVG/PNG
• Fully functional Policy Management tile with comment-based approve/deny workflow and email notifications
• Rural Health Clinic Certification tile with step-by-step guide, progress tracker, reminders, and downloadable reports
• Seamless integration into the existing dashboard codebase, responsive on desktop and tablet, and tested end-to-end

This work is already past deadline, so I’ll be moving fast on reviews and merges. If you’re confident you can pick up someone else’s code, keep a clean commit history, and turn these pieces around ASAP, I’d love to hear from you.
