Critical Technical Constraints:
- Hosting Environment: Standard shared hosting (PHP-based, no root access)
- PDF Generation: Must use client-side approach (jsPDF, pdf-lib, html2canvas) - server-side solutions like Puppeteer are NOT supported
- Email Integration: SMTP available through hosting provider, external APIs (SendGrid/Mailgun) require testing
