GTM Assessment Report - Interactive Web Application Development - 24/09/2025 02:58 EDT
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
Project Overview:
Development of a comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy assessment web application for B2B companies. Users complete an interactive questionnaire, receive visual feedback through radar charts, and generate professional A4 PDF reports with actionable insights.
Core Features Required:
- Interactive multi-step questionnaire with real-time validation and scoring
- Bilingual support (English/Japanese) with seamless language switching
- Dynamic radar chart visualization of assessment results using Chart.js or D3.js
- Professional A4 PDF report generation with custom formatting and branding
- Email delivery system for report distribution to users and administrators
- Responsive design optimized for desktop and mobile devices
- Call-to-action integration for lead generation (booking links, contact forms)
- Data persistence options for user responses and analytics
Critical Technical Constraints:
- Hosting Environment: Standard shared hosting (PHP-based, no root access)
- PDF Generation: Must use client-side approach (jsPDF, pdf-lib, html2canvas) - server-side solutions like Puppeteer are NOT supported
- Email Integration: SMTP available through hosting provider, external APIs (SendGrid/Mailgun) require testing
- Database: MySQL available for data storage if needed
- Static Asset Deployment: React/Vite build output must work as static files
Implementation Requirements:
- Frontend: React.js with Vite build system
- Internationalization: Full Japanese font support (Noto Sans JP)
- Cross-browser compatibility: Latest Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge
- Performance optimization for mobile devices
- SEO-friendly structure where applicable
Technical Consultation Phase: Before development begins, we need to align on 11 key technical decisions including:
- Email delivery approach (SMTP vs external APIs)
- Data handling strategy (client-side only vs database persistence)
- CTA integration methods
- Environment variable configuration
- Build and deployment process
Deliverables:
- Complete functional web application
- Source code with comprehensive documentation
- Production-ready static build files
- Environment configuration templates
- Deployment instructions for current hosting setup
- Testing documentation and sample data integration
Project Delivery Approach: This project will be delivered in 2 phases to ensure technical alignment and quality:
- Phase 1: Technical consultation + functional prototype (core form, radar chart generation, basic PDF output)
- Phase 2: Full implementation (bilingual support, email delivery, CTA integration, responsive UI polish)
This phased approach allows for early validation of technical decisions and ensures the final product meets all requirements.
Timeline: 2-3 weeks with milestone-based delivery and regular progress updates.
