The Club of the Poets Cyborg — Mini Series Project
I’m building a short, highly visual cyberpunk mini-series connected to my music project.
The story follows a young artist living in a world driven by algorithms, who finds a broken robot that begins to discover human emotion through music.
Each episode is structured as a short “log entry” from the robot’s perspective.
Episodes are short (30–50 seconds), focused on atmosphere, storytelling, and strong visual identity.
---
Main Characters
• The Human
A lone artist, always shown from behind.
Never fully revealed, more of a presence than a face.
• The Robot
A small, repaired companion made of mixed parts.
It starts as purely analytical, but gradually begins to experience emotion through music.
It is the emotional core of the series.
---
What I’m looking for
I’m looking for someone who can help bring this into a consistent visual format.
This could involve:
• Character development or refinement based on my ideas
• Backgrounds / environments
• Or helping translate designs into actual scenes
The key challenge is maintaining strong character consistency across shots and episodes.
AI-based workflows are completely fine — the priority is achieving consistent, high-quality visuals, not the specific tools used.
---
Sample — Episode 1 (short version)
A rainy cyberpunk city at night.
A lone figure walks through a neon-lit alley, listening to music.
He notices something on the ground — a broken robot.
He picks it up and attempts to fix it.
The robot powers on for the first time.
It detects something unfamiliar:
“...is this... music?”
Later, in the artist’s room, the robot observes him.
It cannot understand what music is — but it recognizes its impact.
“Decision made. I will accompany you.”
---
This is an early-stage creative project, but the goal is to build something consistent and expandable.
If this fits your style or workflow, I’d love to hear how you approach character consistency and visual storytelling.
