Seinen Manga Character Design Illustrations

I’m developing a new seinen manga and need a skilled illustrator to bring four to six key characters to life. The emphasis is on capturing nuanced personality traits—subtle expressions, body language, and any visual cues that instantly communicate who each character is on the inside. Hair color, outfits, and other surface details can evolve later, but the core personalities must read clearly from the very first sketch.

Your work will shape the tone of the entire series, so I’m looking for confident line work, strong composition, and a mature seinen aesthetic. Whether you draw in Clip Studio Paint, Photoshop, or another professional tool, the final art should be clean, layered, and ready for print and digital use.

Deliverables I’m expecting:
• One polished full-body illustration per character
• A simple turnaround or reference sheet for consistent future drawing
• Layered source files (PSD, CSP, or equivalent) plus high-resolution PNGs
