Retro Cartoon Cars Design

I'm looking for a talented artist to create 10 cartoon car designs for a card game. The cars should be in a gritty/comic book style. I have attached die cast model photos to inspire the artwork. I would like the artwork to be original creations to avoid intellectual property associated with the toys, or with the car manufacturers.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in illustration, especially with cartoon style vehicles
- Experience with creating multiple design variations
- Strong understanding of color theory and application in a vibrant palette
- Ability to deliver high-quality digital artwork
