Realistic Villain Character Design

I am looking for a talented artist to create a detailed final version of a realistic character design for the antagonist in my next book.
The story is similar in tone to books like "Clown in a Cornfield" and movies like "Scream" and "I Know What You Did Last Summer".
The human killer in the book (known as the Sea Ghost) wears a mask and a costume to stalk his victims. The character design will be used for the book cover. I have some ideas created by AI (attached), but I want a final, detailed version of the character to really bring it to life.
