Realistic Slasher Villain Character Concept

£40 MAX!!! LOW PAYING JOB. I'M NOT RICH BUT NEED SOME HELP.
I’m developing a new slasher screenplay for my own purposes and need a chilling masked villain brought to life through detailed concept art to go with the script so it's a complete package. The focus is on a single character, rendered in a realistic style that will immediately convey menace and psychological unease.
My character's name is ABADDON. My script is a fan sequel to HELL MOTEL the Shudder series from the creators of Slasher.
He wears a black leather gothic asymmetrical cenobite jacket with buckles. Black leather bottoms and heavy black boots. He is slender and mysterious. His mask is angelic plain with male features. The mask is dirty white with hollow black eyes and smears of blood running from eye holes like tears which he has smeared himself after his 1st kill. The mouth of the mask is crooked and melting into a mournful sad frown with an open mouth. Part of his character is vengance so the mask conveys his grieving loss of a loved one. A simplified version of the Sigillum Dei is carved into the entire face of the mask (this is adaptable as I understand how hard this would be and may not look great. It may look better to do just angular carvings to suggest it.). Worn over his jacket is a tattered and torn black hooded shawl wrapped around his chest and hanging down his back. The shawl also has sleeves preferably like an open robe, afain adaptable as it may look better without but I don't want him to look like a superhero with a cape. As it blows it looks like dark angel wings. Black gloves with bandages wrapped around fingers. I want him standing in a wide hallway with smooth black marble walls with no detail other than black and marble pattern and white marble floors with gold and black angular inlay pattern. The image should look like it's from a scary movie. The lighting should be dim and scary. Maybe blood on floor. An important detail is the knife he will hold. It is a tri-blade cyclone knife with 3 channels that spiral into a knife point. It's knife sized, not big like a sword.
