Realistic Refresh of Two Illustrations

I have two finished character pieces for my upcoming novel, but they still look a bit “AI-polished.” I’d like you to repaint them so they feel convincingly hand-illustrated while keeping everything that already works. I'd like to be able to "zoom in" on their faces without losing quality.

Please retain:
• Character features
• Original color palettes
• Existing poses and facial expressions
• Current uniforms and the weapons they carry (saber and gunpowder pistol)

Authenticity of the uniforms is the single most important upgrade, so careful fabric texture, stitching, and period-correct detailing will be key. Currently, it seems as though they're wearing different uniforms. They should be the same. I will supply the current high-resolution files plus any reference photos you need.

Deliverables
• Two fully layered PSD (or Procreate) files and matching flattened PNGs, at least 3000 px on the longest side
• Visible progress check after rough repaint of the uniforms to confirm direction
• Final artwork ready for print and e-book use, with all rights transferred
