Realistic Pennywise Watercolor

I'm seeking a talented watercolor artist to create a realistic painting of Pennywise. The artwork should depict Pennywise looking up at you through a sewer grate, showing only his face and chest. I am building a table top that will be 3 dimensional so the painting of pennywise alone would suffice as I will build metal grates that look like sewer grates and then create the frame. The piece should be 20x12 in a wide view.
