25 Realistic B&W Novel Illustrations
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m preparing the print layout for my upcoming novel and need 25 black-and-white illustrations that feel lifelike yet clearly hand-crafted. Every image should spotlight my main characters in their most joyful, emotionally charged moments—no background-character cameos, no action sequences, just those intimate beats where their personalities shine.
I can provide basic prompts with description in detail.
The look: semi-realistic shading, anatomically sound poses, and above all unwavering face consistency from one illustration to the next; readers must recognise each hero at a glance. Whether you prefer Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Procreate, Clip Studio Paint, or hand drawn - pencil on paper scanned at high resolution, I’m open, as long as the final output meets print standards (300 DPI, grayscale, A5 trim-safe canvas, layered PSD or high-quality TIFF).
I’ll supply detailed character sheets, reference photos, and scene summaries to help you pin down expressions, lighting, and composition. You’ll share a quick style sample first so we lock the look together, followed by batches for review to make sure facial proportions stay consistent. Final hand-off should include:
• 25 finished illustrations, clean and print-ready
• Source files (layers intact if digital)
• A simple character lineup sheet proving face consistency
If you’re comfortable balancing realism with expressive joy and can keep likenesses steady across multiple scenes, I’d love to see a short portfolio or test sketch.
