Realistic Cartoon illustration of emotionally significant childhood memory

I have reference photos of my family and a description of a significant childhood memory, and I need a polished, realistic cartoon-style illustration for a children's legacy book. The characters must be the star of the piece—expressive faces and likenesses to the provided photos, accurate proportions, and respectful of the profound emotional importance, and still feel true to life. The room itself only needs enough detail to depict a cozy, love-filled scene from our childhood bedroom.
I’ll provide photos of each family member and notes on mood and color once we start. Final artwork should be delivered as a 300 dpi RGB PNG plus the fully layered PSD (or Procreate/Illustrator file if you prefer), large enough for an A3 print. Please keep all layers organized so I can tweak small items later if needed.
