Realistic Book Illustrations

My company is launching a web novel platform, and every book we publish will include chapter illustrations and character portraits. So we would need one illustration per week or more. A book generally has 20 to 40 chapters, and we need an illustration (portrait or scene) for every chapter.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Expertise in realistic illustration
- Experience with book illustrations
- Ability to interpret and visualize specific scenes and characters from a manuscript
