Playful Cartoon Portrait

I'm looking for a talented artist to create a funny and playful cartoon-style portrait. It will be in the style of doctor Seuss for a huge Dr seuss fan. He is a surgeon who trained several residents, and we want to portray a fun and whimsical scene. i have attached an example that I had AI make, but it has obvious defects that need to be corrected for the final image.
