Pinky & Brain Style Dog Portrait

I’m commissioning a playful, high-quality illustration of two dogs rendered exactly in the classic “Pinky and the Brain” cartoon style. I’ll supply clear reference photos for each pup as soon as we start. I don’t have a specific background in mind, but I would like the dog’s names (Tweety and Bane) done up like the Pinky and the Brain title screen. I’d love to see you translate that idea into the final scene while keeping the focus on the characters’ mischievous expressions and exaggerated poses that define the show’s look.

The deliverable I need is a print-ready digital file (300 dpi, CMYK) plus a web-friendly version. A layered PSD or Procreate file would be great, but a high-resolution PNG is fine if that’s your workflow. Please bring solid experience with character illustration, clean line work, and bold, limited colour palettes that stay true to 90s animation.
