Minecraft screenshot recreation

I need a recreation of this picture of my boyfriend and I in our Minecraft world. I’m not really sure what style I’m going for yet, but I’d like to get our two characters in the boat with the doc in the background. I’d also like the health/hunger/armor/hot bars and the name tag left out of the picture.
