Graffiti-Inspired Branding for Street Food

Job ID: 40365854

Budget: $14 – $2,000 USD

Designer Wanted — Graffiti-Inspired Brand (Logo + Mascot + Food Trailer)

Overview

I’m building a bold street food brand called **The Dog Box** — and I’m looking for a designer who can bring **graffiti energy, strong character design, and real-world branding** together.

This is not a clean corporate logo project.

I need someone who understands:

* Urban/graffiti aesthetics
* Character/mascot design
* Designing for **visibility on a moving food trailer**

---

What I Need

1. Logo Design (Primary + Secondary)

* “DOG BOX” as the main text
* Style: **hybrid graffiti / wildstyle + readable block lettering**
* Must be legible within 2–3 seconds from a distance
* Includes:

* Primary stylised version
* Clean secondary version (for menus/socials)

---

2. Mascot Design (Key Part of Brand)

* A **graffiti-style street dog character**
* Personality: confident, slightly aggressive, playful edge
* Not cute or soft — must have attitude

**Requirements:**

* Strong silhouette
* Works in full colour and single colour
* Variations:

* Full body
* Head/icon version

3. Trailer Graphics (4m x 2.1m)

* Apply logo + mascot to a food trailer layout
* Must balance:

* High visual impact
* Clear readability (menu + ordering area)

**Important:**

This is not just artwork — it must function in a real environment.

Style Direction

* Graffiti / street art inspired (controlled, not chaotic)
* Bold, high contrast
* Urban, raw, slightly aggressive tone

Colour direction:

* Black base
* Neon accents (acid green / hot pink)

This Project Is NOT For You If:

* You only design clean/minimal corporate logos
* You don’t have character/mascot experience
* You rely heavily on templates or AI without original work
* You don’t consider real-world usability (distance, readability, layout)

Ideal Designer

* Experience with graffiti or street-art styles
* Strong illustration skills (especially characters)
* Understanding of branding systems (not just a single logo)
* Bonus: experience with vehicle wraps or large-format graphics

---

Deliverables

* Vector logo files (AI, SVG, EPS)
* Mascot files (layered, scalable)
* Trailer layout mockups (to guide production)
* Colour + usage guide (basic)

---

To Apply

Send:

1. Portfolio (must include relevant work — graffiti, bold branding, or mascots)
2. 2–3 projects that best match this style
3. Brief note on how you would approach:

* Keeping a graffiti-style logo readable
* Designing for a food trailer environment

Final Note

I’m not looking for “safe” design.

I want something that feels like:

> a graffiti artist took over a food trailer — but knew exactly how to sell food.

If that sounds like your lane, I want to hear from you.
