Classic Cartoon Group Portrait

I'm looking for an artist to create a classic cartoon-style portrait of a group of 6 subjects (2x adults, 2x cats, 2x children)

Details:
- I have a reference photo but one of the subjects will need to be added to it
- I got a similar portrait drawn 5 years ago, so can provide this as a style reference
- Happy for half-body or full-body, would love quotes for both
- Would love the pets to have animated expressions
- Would be great to get a preliminary sketch to make sure the direction is right, and one round of amends
