Children's Book Illustrator Needed

I am new author of children's books. My focus is using animals as characters to tell a story of good and evil doings. Through my characters we have lessons to be learned in life.
I am seeking an artist and illustrator to create the best cover to entice readers to purchase our first book. We are just starting out and cannot afford a huge budget. We also want to include 3-4 pencil or charcoal type illustrations introducing a few chapters to keep the reader interested. We are close to having the first book published. We need a real illustrator that understands how to reach children 8/10 to early teenagers. We have a protagonist (the good ) and an antagonist (evil) character. We need the book cover to capture the essence of the characters with a background set in the book.
