Cartoonish Children's Fantasy Illustrator Needed

Hi!
My name is Justas – I’m developing an original children’s character and a unique interactive umbrella used in performances. I’m currently looking for an illustrator to help complete the umbrella’s artwork. I already have sketches, ideas, and references – I just need someone who can bring them to life in a fun, professional style.
What I need:
To illustrate the remaining colored umbrella panels (triangular sections);
To design the umbrella’s inner scene (a magical “Sleeping City” illustration);
To create a dreamy night sky on attachable black fabric panels with stars and magical elements;
(Optional) A simple design for the umbrella’s outer surface if needed for printing.
