Cartoon-Style Virtual Avatar Creation

I'm seeking a skilled artist or developer to create a cartoon-style virtual avatar for personal use and social media.
Requirements:
- Cartoon-style design
- Ability to perform basic facial expressions and gestures
- Capability to interact with other avatars or objects
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Strong illustration and animation skills
- Experience in creating interactive avatars
- Familiarity with social media integration
Currently I use lens studio for face/head tracking but cant get body and hands to work for my models. need help for someone to make this work
