Cartoon T-Shirt Design

I'm looking for a talented cartoon illustrator to create fun and engaging design for t-shirts. These designs will be used for merchandise, specifically t-shirts.
Attached to this post are two images, one of a tiger in a mug and one of a man. I want you to make a new logo with the man from the image in the same style/pose of the image with the tiger.
Ideal skills and experience:
