Cartoon Design for Ski Race Team

I need a custom cartoon design in a classic cartoon style for a ski race boat and team merchandise. The design should feature water skis and a depiction of a grandpa with two young grandsons. This design will be used both on the boat and on team merchandise. We are hoping to create the design picking up some features from real life images but for the cartoon to not be identifiable as the people (eg balding grandpa, young boy with blue eyes and a curl peaking out from ski race helmet)
