Cartoon Court Cards

I am looking for an artist to edit the court cards in a deck of cards.

I need to keep one head at one end of the playing card exactly the same and then have the other edited slightly and subtly in a particular pose. I want to start with one card and eventually move on to other ones.

The first one would be the Jack of Spades flexing his bicep that has a tattoo of the 7 of Diamonds (7♢).

A quick mock-up will help me better decide who to work with and if we are on the same page.
