I am seeking a premier 2D Character Concept Artist to help establish the visual identity for an upcoming Animal Universe IP Brand.
The project involves creating a flagship, highly stylized animal character that seamlessly blends natural wildlife features with a sharp, tactical/survivalist streetwear aesthetic. This is not a generic cartoon or mascot—the character needs to look wise, altered, and uniquely fitted to a premium, stylized world. The final artwork will be used immediately for apparel lines, brand merchandise, and media.
To protect the intellectual property of this universe, specific character details, reference sheets, and lore will only be shared with the selected artist.
Scope of Work (Phase 1):
The immediate focus is locking in the definitive visual style guide using our flagship character.
Deliverables:
High-Resolution 2D Character Graphic: A polished, full-body design wearing detailed tactical/survival gear.
Production-Ready Master Files: Scalable vector format (.AI, .EPS, or high-res layered file) optimized for vibrant apparel printing.
Color Blueprint: High-contrast coloring designed to pop perfectly on dark merchandise backgrounds.
