# Project Requirement: 3D Animated Kids Cartoon Video Creation for YouTube Kids Channel

## Project Overview

We are looking for an experienced animator/video creator to create high-quality, copyright-safe kids cartoon videos for our YouTube Kids channel.

The objective is to develop engaging, educational, and entertaining animated content for children (age group: 2–8 years) with original characters, storytelling, animation, and child-friendly audio.

## Project Scope

The freelancer will be responsible for creating:

* 3D cartoon-style animated videos
* Original character design and development
* Story creation and scene planning
* Character animation and expressions
* Background/environment creation
* Voice-over integration
* Background music and sound effects
* Final YouTube-ready video editing

## Video Frequency

* Requirement: **1 complete animated video per month**
* Video duration: Approximately **5–10 minutes per episode**
* Long-term collaboration expected for regular content creation

## Video Quality Requirements

* Resolution: Full HD 1080p minimum (4K preferred)
* Format: MP4 (YouTube compatible)
* Style: Colorful, attractive, kid-friendly 3D animation
* Content should be engaging, educational, and suitable for children

## Content Type

Examples:

* ABC / numbers / learning videos
* Kids rhymes
* Moral stories
* Adventure stories
* Character-based cartoon episodes
* Educational entertainment content

## Character Requirements

* Characters must be original and unique
* Consistent character appearance across episodes
* Characters should support future stories and multiple episodes
* Different expressions, poses, and camera angles required

## Audio Requirements

All audio content must be copyright-safe:

* Original voice-over or properly licensed voice
* Copyright-free/original background music
* Child-friendly sound effects

## Copyright & Ownership Requirements

Important:

* All content must be original or legally licensed.
* No copyrighted characters, stories, music, images, or animation styles should be copied.
* Content should be safe for YouTube monetization.
* Freelancer must provide commercial usage rights.
* Final video ownership and publishing rights will belong to our YouTube channel after payment.
* Any AI tools/assets used must allow commercial usage.

## Knowledge Transfer (KT) Requirement

The freelancer must provide KT sessions to our team covering:

* Complete video creation workflow
* Story planning process
* Character creation process
* Animation workflow
* Tools/software used
* Editing process
* Audio integration process
* Export settings for YouTube

KT should help our team understand and continue the production process independently.

## Deliverables Per Month

For each episode:

1. Final animated video
2. YouTube thumbnail
3. Character/assets details
4. Audio files
5. Production workflow explanation
6. KT session/documentation

## Required Experience

Preferred skills:

* 3D animation
* Blender / Maya / Unreal Engine / similar tools
* Kids animation production
* YouTube content creation
* Storytelling and visual development
* Knowledge of AI animation tools is a plus
