Fantasy Comic Illustration
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I'm seeking a comic illustrator to create a fantasy/medieval themed comic. I will be funding my comic with my own money so beginner/up and coming illustrators preferred. Willing to work with your skills.
The comic will include:
- Battle scenes
- Royalty and castles
- Magic and mythical creatures
- Swordfighting demonstrations (plates)
- Visual representation of mental health
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in fantasy/medieval comic art. "Authentic" armor and weapons rather than hyper-fantasy
- Strong storytelling through illustrations, strong ability to represent a character's inner thoughts with little dialogue.
- Experience with authentic sword battles and action scenes with gritty realism.
- Ability to depict complex themes like CSR, PTSD, depression.
-Willingness to see the project all the way through.
I am willing to allow viewing of the script before taking on the project.
