Need long term trust worthy social media account manager

Just started our animations and only have a presence on youtube.
What we need is someone to create, manage and post/ reply to comments on twitter, instagram and tiktok.
User must speak fluent english
User must check accounts 2-3 times a week and give a report of activity/ important comments.
User will give us credentials of social media.
User will upload/ promote our animation videos on all 3 platforms (twitter tiktok and instagram)
