Urgent M365 Tenant Migration - 15 users
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m consolidating two Microsoft 365 tenants and need the full move completed as quickly as possible. The schedule is tight, so mailbox continuity is the first priority; OneDrive and Teams data will follow close behind in the same engagement.
Scope of work
• Exchange Online – every mailbox, archive, alias, and permission must land in the target tenant with zero data loss and minimal downtime.
• OneDrive – user drives (including sharing links and permissions) copied over and re-mapped to their new profiles.
• Teams – channels, chat history, files, tabs, and group settings migrated so users experience a seamless switchover.
• Post-migration validation – a report that confirms item counts, permissions, and any remediation taken.
What I’ll review when choosing who to work with

• 100 % item parity between source and target for all workloads
• Users able to sign in to the new tenant with all services functioning on first logon
• Final verification report approved by me
