Senior Project Manager for PACS Migration
Budget: ₹200,000 – ₹220,000 INR

Location: Hybrid (PAN INDIA)

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the PACS migration program, ensuring alignment
with client goals and timelines.
• Drive program governance, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and
industry standards.
• Coordinate with clinical, imaging, infrastructure, and application teams to manage dependencies
and ensure smooth migration.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, risk and issue logs, and executive status reports.
• Oversee change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of the new PACS solution
across the enterprise.
• Manage and align multiple workstreams, including imaging systems integration, data migration
and validation, connectivity with EMR systems (Epic or Cerner preferred), and infrastructure
readiness (network, storage, security, cloud platforms).
• Lead communication with senior stakeholders, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and
mitigation strategies.
• Manage relationships with vendors and third-party partners to ensure deliverables are met on
time and within scope.
• Ensure project documentation, including SOWs, project charters, runbooks, and cutover plans, is
accurate and maintained.
• Oversee testing, validation, and post-migration support activities.
Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 5 years in healthcare IT.
• Proven track record leading large-scale PACS or imaging migration programs.
• Expertise in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and complex environment integrations.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
• Familiarity with PACS systems (e.g., GE, Philips, Fuji, Sectra, Merge, Agfa) and their integration
with EMR platforms (Epic, Cerner, Meditech).
• Deep understanding of IT infrastructure components including storage, networking,
virtualization, and cloud environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, or similar
platforms.
• PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience managing projects in multi-site healthcare environments.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC2, etc.).
• Background in enterprise imaging strategy and workflow redesign.
• Experience in post-migration optimization and performance improvement programs
