Revise Medical Risk Factor Graph

An existing risk-factor graph in my medical manuscript needs a precise overhaul before submission. The underlying structure can stay the same, but several data points have to be corrected and the overall visual style polished so it meets journal-quality standards.

Key details
• Graph type: the current “risk factors” chart already exists—this is an edit, not a fresh build.
• Required edits: correct specific numerical values, update any derived figures, and refresh the look (colour palette, fonts, line weights, grid lines) while keeping it clean and publication-ready.
• No new data series are needed; only faulty entries must be fixed.

Deliverables
1. Updated, error-free graph in the original working format (Excel, Illustrator, or similar) so future tweaks are easy.
2. A high-resolution PNG or PDF ready to drop straight into the paper.
3. A brief change log listing which data points were adjusted and which style elements were modified.

Acceptance criteria
• All corrected values match the dataset I supply.
• Visual style is consistent with typical medical-journal conventions (legible fonts, subdued palette, clear legends).
• Final files open without warnings and export cleanly at 300 dpi.
