NDMO Consultant for Metadata Management (MCM) & Data Sharing & Integration (DSI) – P1 Deliverables
Description:
We are looking for an experienced NDMO (Saudi National Data Management Office) consultant to support the delivery of all Phase 1 (P1) activities for the domains:
MCM – Metadata Management
DSI – Data Sharing & Integration
The consultant will produce complete, accurate, and audit-ready documentation aligned with NDMO standards, including plans, policies, procedures, assessments, templates, workflows, and KPIs.
Scope Includes (Summary):
For MCM:
Metadata catalog plan
Metadata prioritization
Metadata structure & quality framework
Access approval process
Metadata registration/update templates
KPI framework
Governance workflows
For DSI:
Initial integration assessment
Target integration architecture
Data sharing requirements
Solution design file
Internal/external sharing processes
Data sharing agreements (templates)
Request channels
KPI framework
All deliverables must be NDMO-compliant, well-structured, and implementation-ready.
Requirements:
Proven experience with NDMO projects (mandatory)
Strong background in data governance, metadata, or integration
Ability to deliver professional documentation
Examples of previous NDMO or DG deliverables preferred
