I want to roll out a fresh, company-wide employee development track that centres on leadership training. The goal is to design a practical programme that turns promising staff into confident, people-focused leaders who can guide teams, handle challenges, and drive results.
Here’s what I need from you:
• A concise needs analysis that pinpoints the gaps in our current leadership capabilities.
• A complete training curriculum—modules, session timing, delivery method (virtual, in-person, blended) and recommended learning activities.
• Trainer and participant materials, including slides, exercises, hand-outs and job aids.
• Simple assessment tools so we can measure knowledge gained and on-the-job behaviour change.
• An implementation roadmap that shows milestones, resources required and success metrics.
While leadership training is the core, I’m open to weaving in topics such as team management, conflict resolution or decision-making where they add value.
