JDE CNC Server Maintenance

I need an experienced JDE CNC professional to steady our EnterpriseOne landscape and then keep it running smoothly. At present we are dealing with server crashes—specifically application failures that surface intermittently whenever certain user-initiated processes run. Event logs suggest a process-induced memory leak, so the immediate goal is to pinpoint that leak, tune or patch the affected components, and stop the crashes for good.
Once the stability issue is resolved I’d like you to assume our regular CNC workload: refreshing data across environments, scheduling and executing full package builds, and applying ESUs in a predictable, well-documented cycle. You’ll have access to Server Manager, Deployment Server, OMW, and all relevant logs; I’ll provide VPN credentials and a direct line to our functional lead for coordinated testing.
Deliverables
• Diagnostic report explaining the root cause of the memory-related application failures and the corrective action taken
• Documented or automated procedure for recurring data refreshes across DV, PY, and PD
• One successful full package build with deployment notes and rollback plan
• ESU application plan, execution, and sign-off after verification in DV and PY
Acceptance Criteria
• No unscheduled application failures for a full business cycle after fix deployment
• Data refresh, package build, and ESU procedures reproducible by our in-house team using your documentation
• All changes logged in our change-control system with clear back-out steps
