IVANTI ITSM & ITAM Configuration

I need a seasoned IVANTI engineer to take my IT Service Management and IT Asset Management environment from out-of-the-box to truly optimized. The immediate scope covers three key modules:
• Incident Management
• Asset Management
• Change Management
Each must be configured so that day-to-day operations run with noticeably improved efficiency, our data is captured and reported more accurately, and the overall user experience—both for agents and requesters—feels streamlined and intuitive.
Here is what I expect once the work is complete:
• Workflows, forms, fields, and dashboards tailored to our processes without breaking future upgrade paths.
• Automation rules that eliminate repetitive touches and surface the right information at the right moment.
• Clean, reliable data flows between ITSM and ITAM so we always know the status, ownership, and lifecycle of every asset.
• Role-based portals that are simple for end users and powerful for support teams.
I will provide full administrator access to the current IVANTI cloud instance along with stakeholder availability for requirements clarification and testing. All configuration work should be documented clearly enough for internal admins to maintain and extend it later.
