I need clear, well-structured process flow diagrams and matching work instructions that will let every person on my team follow the same steps every time. Our operations are firmly in the engineering space, so I’m expecting the usual mix of design reviews, prototype builds, test loops, and release gates to appear in the workflows. The main goal is to standardize procedures—speed and compliance matter, but only after the sequence itself is locked down.
Here’s what I’m looking for you to deliver:
• A high-level process map showing how each engineering activity connects from concept through final sign-off (Visio, Lucidchart, or an equivalent tool is fine).
• Step-by-step work instructions for each block in the map, written so someone new to the team could execute the task without further coaching.
• Version-controlled files I can edit later, plus PDFs for easy circulation.
