Change Management Keynote Speaker

Job ID: 40205307

Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD

Our annual National Interiorscape Network partner meeting takes place in Scottsdale, AZ on March 24th, and I’ve reserved a two-hour block for a high-impact session on Change Management. The audience is a mix of owners, regional managers, and team leads who are currently navigating rapid growth, so the content needs to be practical yet uplifting.

The session must weave together four core threads: communication strategies that land, employee engagement techniques that stick, resistance management tactics that de-escalate push-back, and real-life approaches to managing a changing culture through growth. By the end, attendees should walk away with best-practice frameworks they can put to work immediately, plus the energy to champion them.

I’d like an engaging delivery style—think interactive polling, brief breakout discussion, or a concise case study—rather than a lecture. You are free to use PowerPoint, Keynote, or a browser-based deck, as long as all visuals are brand-ready.

Deliverables before the event:
• A concise session outline showing timing for each topic
• Slide deck in editable format (PPT or Google Slides)
• One-page takeaway summary for participants
• Tech requirements checklist so the hotel AV team can prepare

On the day: arrive 30 minutes early for mic check and stay 10 minutes afterward for Q&A.

If this fits your expertise in change management speaking, share a link to one previous talk or deck and confirm availability for March 24th in Scottsdale.
