AvePoint to Migrate from Slack to Team

Scope of Work

Assess the current Slack environment and determine all required AvePoint Fly licensing (including sizing, counts, and any add‑on modules).

Validate migration prerequisites across Slack, Microsoft 365, and Teams.

Build and configure the AvePoint Fly migration plan, including mappings, policies, throttling considerations, and scheduling.

Execute the migration from Slack to Teams, including channels, messages, files, permissions, and metadata.

Monitor progress, resolve errors, and ensure data integrity throughout the migration.

Provide light documentation of the migration process, decisions, and final state.

Requirements

Strong, proven experience with AvePoint Fly specifically for Slack‑to‑Teams migrations.

Ability to work independently without hand‑holding; you must be able to hit the ground running.

Comfortable performing all work remotely over TeamViewer.

Able to troubleshoot issues across Slack, Microsoft 365, Teams, and AvePoint Fly.

Clear communication and ability to provide status updates as needed.
