ACQSC 2025 Compliance Documentation

Job ID: 39991079

Budget: $250 – $750 AUD

I am looking to hire an Australian-based compliance professional with extensive experience in writing and implementing policies and procedures within the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission (ACQSC) regulatory framework. The candidate must be well-versed in the upcoming 2025 regulatory changes and capable of developing comprehensive compliance documentation.

Priority focus
Resident safety and clinical care remain non-negotiable, but governance, accountability and robust emergency / incident management processes must be just as strong. Your writing should show a clear thread from requirement to practical action, so auditors can see exactly how each clause of the framework is met.

Core documents I need written or refreshed
• Policy & Procedure 2025 umbrella document, mapping each new Standard
• Governance & Operations – Core Module
• HR documents that prove qualified, screened and trained staff
• Incident Management forms (including Risk Management forms)
• Complaint Form, Complaints & Feedback Register, and an easy-to-follow Complaints Process Checklist v2
• Emergency and Disaster Management Plan that dovetails with state legislation
• Participant Induction Handbook and Participant Assessment Form

What I expect
1. Drafts written in plain, audit-ready language that echoes ACQSC terminology.
2. Cross-references to the exact element and outcome number in the new Standards.
3. A quick-turn comments cycle so we finalise well before the 2025 deadline.
4. Final files delivered in editable Word format plus locked PDFs.

Only freelancers currently based in Australia with proven aged-care compliance portfolios will be considered. When you respond, please outline one recent ACQSC project and specify how you handled the latest reforms.
