I just got documents for a new company registered
Problem is that when opening the bank account the person that needs to open the bank account isn't indicated as manager on the certificate of filing....
Therefore we need an urgent Amendment done to provide to the bank the Original Certificate of filing plus the amendment to show that the person opening the bank account is as well a manager
