I am seeking a Certified Public Accountant to prepare and notarize a Statement of Earnings to satisfy an apartment application income verification requirement.

Details:

The CPA will perform a reconciliation of the past three (3) months of financial statements, which will include:
Personal bank statements
Venmo statements (showing supplemental income)
Business bank statements (reflecting additional income sources)

Based on this reconciliation, the CPA will prepare a Statement of Income summarizing my verified average monthly and/or annual earnings.
The final statement must be signed, dated, and notarized on CPA letterhead.
The completed document is required no later than end of business tomorrow October 10, 2025.
