Corporation Tax Prep for Retail

II am the owner of a small C-corporation (children's consignment retail, two locations) seeking assistance completing and filing IRS Form 1120 and California Form 100 for the most recent tax year, as well as helping me review past years. The financial data and figures have already been compiled — I primarily need help accurately transferring the numbers into the correct form fields, reviewing for accuracy, and ensuring the forms are ready to print and mail.

I am also in the early stages of preparing to sell the business and would welcome any guidance on tax implications related to a small business asset sale, including goodwill allocation and treatment of an existing SBA loan.
