I'm seeking a CPA to audit 1 year of financial statements for my commercial real estate properties.

The freelancer will be provided with:
- Balance Sheets
- Income Statements
- Cash Flow Statements
- Other reports as required by the Investor's Auditor

Ideal skills and experience include:
- CPA Certification
- Extensive experience in auditing financial statements for commercial real estate
- Proficiency in interpreting complex financial documents
